After receiving your parcel, you have 2 days to request an exchange.
Exchange Conditions
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Order number or proof of purchase may be required.
Exchange Only — No Refund
Qasr E Shahi offers exchanges only. We do not provide cash, bank, or other monetary refunds.
You may exchange an eligible product for another product. If the new product has a higher price, the price difference will be payable by the customer.
Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We may request photos or an unboxing video for verification.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and other personal-use jewellery cannot be exchanged, except in case of a verified defect or incorrect item.
Exchange Charges
For exchanges due to personal preference or size issues, return/exchange delivery charges are the customer's responsibility. If the mistake is from our side, we will cover the applicable exchange delivery cost.
